REACH POLICY
Declaration
John Astleys & Sons Limited confirm that we are aware of the requirements and our obligations as a distributor regarding the European Union REACH regulations (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals), which came into force on 1st June 2007, and the UK REACH regulations, which came into force on 1st January 2021.
Astleys works with its Suppliers, always seeking to ensure that all products supplied, comply with all current REACH regulations and do not contain any SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) as identified by European Chemicals Agency or the UK HSE.
It is our Policy to liaise with both our customers and our suppliers to ensure a continued flow of information up and down the customer/supplier chain to ensure continuous supplies of complying products.
Materials Safety Data sheets are available for all relevant products (revised MSDS contain information on REACH).
